ITBs fuel cut issue

Post by Piv »

Hello,

Here the informations :
- serial number : 37820-PRA-E02 2030-304850

- KManager version 1.4.0.0
- EP3
- Mods : K20 stroker 2.2, ITBs/cams

I'm having some issues regarding a remap on a Race EP3

Everything's fine, the car drives great and idle ok but it's playing with the fuel cut, basically I've remap the car a month ago and the owner went on track 2 week end ago, everything's fine on 99% of the track but on the long straight when shifting down 4-3-2 the car cuts, you can restart it but then it cuts again
The only way to "reset" and restart again is to switch off and on the main switch

He came back last week end and I now got a datalog of the problem that you can find with the .kal
The fuel cuts at 44s and dont come back on

I've tried to play with the overun but doesnt seem to work :?

Does anyone have an idea ?

Thanks

Perhaps there is a problem wiht the TPS sensor, but I can't really see anything blatent in the datalogs or calibration.

Even through the vehicle is running off the TPS, you still need to hook up the MAP sensor.

So, we did hook up the map sensor on the TPS signal wire so the ECU thinks the map sensor still here and it seems to work, few adjustments had to be made with the overun cut but the car works fine now and hasnt cut so far, the owner has a race this week end we'll see how he get on with it, thanks for the reply guy
