Idle surf after injector change

Ok, so let me give a brief run down. Had the car running great for cruising, idle, and WOT. Was previously running 440cc RC injectors. Changed to 900cc injectors from injector clinic, and ever since the idle surfs. I changed the voltage settings that they provided, and the current size to 900. Whether you add 15% full or take out 15% full, it surfs. However, as soon as you turn on closed loop, it idles just fine!! The S. Trim shows 0 to 2% tops. As soon as you turn it off, it goes right back to surfing. Also, while cruising with very little throttle, the AFR will sling back and forth and be rough. Now these could be separate issues for all i know. Yes the TPS is calibrated.

Any ideas?
