help please.. no cam advance

My car is being mapped at the minute and the tuners has come across a problem the cam will not advance and is permantly set at 0% no matter what he tell it to be set at. can anybody help me asap please.
its a ukdm ctr k20a3 running a turbo conversion. i really need help.

k manager 1.4.0.0
short spec is turbo(t04) rc 650cc injetors, 4bar map sensor,
description of fault is set low and high cam to 30deg run car on dyno cam commander is 0 deg and cam is 0deg.it will not let me adjust. always satys on 0 deg?
Can anybody please help with me for idea`s

VTC is disabled because of error codes. There's three main problems:
- IAT sensor error
- primary o2 sensor error
- a PRB calibration was loaded into a PRA ECU.

yeah i thought so mate. thanks for your help..
the IAT error is because the sensor needs to be placed in the intercooler piping just before the intake i think?
the primary 02 error fault is because it currently had a wideband in the exhaust instead of the 02 sensor. and its running open loop atm..

2002 civic Ep3 "kpro PNF"
k manager v 1.4.0
ep stock intake manifold
k24a2 engine stock from a 04 tsx
t3/t4 turbo Stage III
650cc
9.5 lb flywheel
stage 4 clutch
my tuner command cams to 35 degree but it will only go and stay lock to 21 degree...
is it possible that my vtc gear is damage???

A TSX engine has a 25 degree VTC.
