Hondata S300 solid red light! Read inside.

Hey guys I have a customer supplied S300 and Ecu the hondata is red like it was a bad solder job so I rechipped another computer and still the same thing. I have tested the S300 board in a couple of known good ecu's but for some reason it still is solid red.
