ECU from Type S into a Base Swap

Ok I searched and got a headache reading a day or two looking for the answer to a bit of a noob question so up front I am sorry if this is a beat to death question.
I am doing a rsx type s swap (K20a2) into my base (KA20a3) 5 spd car the car has a Kpro in it now and i am getting the type s ecu. What will i need to do to make this Kpro work with the new motor ?

assume the car has a base ECU and the ECU going in it will bea PRB AO6

IF you already have K-Pro on the PND and are keepign the 5 speed tranmssion, then just keep using the K-Pro in the PND.

I knew i would forget to mention something and thats after i read the "before you post faq" silly me i will hope to be using the 6 speed. if i may ask what is the diff? Also would the PND as it sits be able to use forced induction ?

Only the PRB has the reverse lock control from the ECU.
