error code 9 and iac not working
i just got s300 and have a 92 eg hatch with built na h22a, i cant get it to idle on its own...i have to adjust the throttle cable til it pulls just enough that it will start but then idle at 1500 rpms. i have messed with the injector size which if too low will just cut the motor off and if too high it will idle higher. when i slide the iac control either way increase or decrease, it has no change in rpms, i cant seem to find what the problem is. i have pressure tested the motor and dont have any leaks, the iac motor is new and i have replaced it with an old 1 also still no change. and as far as the code 9 i have replaced the distributor 2 times and has not fixed that error either...any help is appreciated

well i found and fixed the code 9, the white wire from the shock tower to the ecu for the cyl sensor didnt have cont. so i ran a new wire and now that code is gone and the car runs alot smoother, but the iac is still not working, i tried another 1 and it still didnt work. in smanager i was sliding the iac duty and watchin the iac to c if it would move...it doesnt on either iac, i am getting the right amount of voltage, just cant figure out y it doesnt work

i did check for power which it has 11 volts at the iac, continuity between iac and ecu is good and ohms between iac pins are in spec...now im gettin an error code for the iac so now im goin to change it out again to c what happens with the code. i cant get the car to idle, i dont have any vac. leaks, but the idle screw on the tb i can unsrew all the way and nothin changes and its not clogged. ive got a skunk2 intake mani and tb, which they have a ghetto rig for the iac. any1 have any ideas, its gettin annoyin to come to a stop and use 1 foot to brake and stay on the gas.
