- serial number of your K-Pro :05343
- KManager version (not 'the latest'):1.3.9.0
- the calibration (as an attachment)
- a datalog of a problem (as an attachment)
- what sort of vehicle you have :a mini austin with a k20A2
- what sort of ECU you are using :PRA
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU : stock engine with full stainless exhaust pipe et cold air intake, no cat.
- a specific description of the problem :

engine start with no problem, after few minutes , a fault code come P0131 02 sensor low voltage .

i check with datalog and i saw the range for 02 normaly up to 0.9 down to 0,1v when is good but the mine never up to 0,2V.

i think sensor is wrong ;i decided to change , i bought a new sensor but isn't genuine honda parts.

is a WALKER oxygene sensor number part: 250-24473

This is a replacement sensor .

i make a good custom wiring ( double checked)

i restart the engine and put datalog

the sensor up to 1,02V and down to 0,2V and after up 0,3V And down to 0,2v never up to 0,9v .

and after few calibrtion, now the value stay at 1,02V.

And i have a fault code p0132 02 sensor high voltage.

can you help me please?

did need to change the sensor again (but for a genuine part)

Try your ecu in a known good vehicle. If it works ok, then you know the problem is either with yoru wiring or your sensor. Also make sure you are starting from a PRA calibration from File, New.

some news

after rechecked the wiring , i have find a problem , i use custom hardness from minitec US and a k20a2 engine uk european.
i check the wiring about the 02 sensor and i find a difference.

wiring sensor o2 US engine

A6 : sensor+
A16:sensor-
A22:heater+
A1: heater-

but i have a european engine

can i change my wiring same a european engine like this
because on the harness engine european in the connector A there aren't wiring on the pin A22 and A16.

i think the signal don't came to the ecu

i found this wiring on hondata

Image

1 is it correct ?

2 can i connect the wiring n°13 from the connector engine harness to the connecteur E pin 4.

3 does i need some other jump or modification?

my other problem is get a code p1259 oil pression swtich malfunction,i think is because i use a US engine harness connect to a european uk engine

4 can i disable the switch without any problem?

thanks you
