Installed 300J, now have CEL Code 13 and 16

Like the title says, I just got back my P30 ECU from Inline Pro with S300J in it. I plugged it into my car, and started it up. The idle was a bit roamy at first, but it settled. Anyways, I saw I had 2 new Codes. CEL 13 and CEL 16.
CEL 13 = Atomsphere Preassure Sensor
CEL 16 = Fuel Injectors
I've read that the JDM and EDM ECU's will throw the CEL 16 Fuel Injectors because they do not have Fuel Injector Test Circuitry, is this true? And will really disabling the Fuel Injector Error fix it?
