So I’m having a problem that without a lot of expensive diagnostic equipment that I don’t have has proved to completely stump me. My next resort to a solution is paying someone locally with said equipment to try and figure it out. I’ve got lots of datalogs that I will post and if someone could review them and help me figure this out. I’m getting ready to boost this motor and I need this problem solved while I still have it in full running gear before the car goes up for a fabrication of the manifold and exhaust
Set up:
93 integra running a LS B18a1 w/
Aem CAI
SK2 Intake manifold
Crane stg 2 cams
DC header
HKS full catback w/stock cat conv.
ECU is a P28, running a Aem WB to ELD (d10)
Something To note:, the car has received a full engine bay wire tuck in a fashion that only 5 wires for the windshield wiper motors had to be cut, it was fully documented and your interested can be seen here(long write up, so grab a beer)

Background:
Since I received my ecu back from hondata who installed my s300. I’ve been doing a little self tuning going out on back country road working on getting my AF set, doing pretty well and actually was in the process of researching how to get the ideal timing. one day when I was making an hour long trip to colo springs I decided to try and use the autotune feature even thought I had a good map, after going back over maps and making some minor changes to the jagged mess I was left with. . While we were on our way home it was a very cold night (temp unknown). My buddy was driving and I was making small fuel adjustment to smooth the map back out, while dataloging, I was just watching the display while we where doing a couple of pulls and that’s when the problem came about as I watch the AF ratio dump into the 18’s, under a full throttle 3rd gear pull. This has repeated its self pretty regularly from there on out. Now I mentioned earlier that I was cold because I believed that a stuck open thermostat was maybe the cause of this problem but have since replaced it and the problem still exists
I have since switched over to the basemap that I started with and even thought it will pass our state emissions, the problem is still there
Problem:
Under full load, full throttle (actually almost anything over 50%) at 4700 rpm the AF ratio just drops to 17.6+, I only have the balls to stay on the throttle for another second or two, but here is the kicker. Under low throttle, I can take it to redline with no problems.
I did notice as I was watching the cold idle datalog there was a point where the injector duty cycle and time dropped to zero for about 2 seconds the gauge leaned out and as soon as they came back on, the AF came back down.
In the first datalog ”Cold warm-up lean” you will also see this Idle surging that I just spoke of.
Calibration: Ls Basemap
Datalogs:
I’ve gone threw all the data logs and made note of the actual lean condition
• Cold warm up lean 66KB
• Min thrt surging inj cutting out 82.9 KB
• Lean 1
• Lean 2
• Lean 3
Lastly is a datalog of me taking the car to 6k rpm with no leaning using low throttle
• lowth6knolean
Sorry these are backwards then listed
Leaning condition under high throttle
Leaning condition under high throttle

lets try it agian then
Note:: im not sure if I mention this but being its very pertinent to the problem, I will again
this problem happens on any map I use. I ve tried multiple maps and same symptoms every time.
