Code p0217 in rsx base with k24a2

Im put water in the radiator for start the engine for the first time and run normal and temperture is normal. Next Im take the water out of the radiator and refill with coolant start the engine and about 3 or 5 minute the check engine ligth come on and the temperture go up and code p0217 come on in the error code in the k-pro program.

I dont know wath is the problem?

Engine over temperature condition
means its overheating i think.check these

Harness or connectors (The cooling fan circuit is open or shorted)
Cooling fan
Thermostat
Improper ignition timing
Engine coolant temperature sensor
Blocked radiator Blocked front end (Improper fitting of nose mask)
Crushed vehicle frontal area Vehicle frontal is collided but not repaired)
Blocked air passage by improper installation of front fog lamp or fog lamps
Improper mixture ratio of coolant
Damaged bumper

Bleed the cooling system to remove all the air. It will do this on its own given time, but the best was is to slightly loosen the clamp on the cylinder head to radiator hose with the engine running until coolant flows out.
