2005 Honda S2000 w/ KPRO

I need to replace my knock sensor on my S2000, would their be any advantage or disadvantage to replacing it with a knock sensor for a 2003 Acura RSX Type S knock sensor, since this is the knock sensor the ECU should be calibrated for?

No, you should use the knock sensor that is designed for your engine.
