S2000 Knock Sensor

2005 Honda S2000 w/ KPRO

I need to replace my knock sensor on my S2000, would their be any advantage or disadvantage to replacing it with a knock sensor for a 2003 Acura RSX Type S knock sensor, since this is the knock sensor the ECU should be calibrated for?

No, you should use the knock sensor that is designed for your engine.

No problem. Just wanted to make sure we shouldn't be using the knock sensor designed for the ECU utilizing it.
