s300 redlight problem plz help

plugged it into the car and turn ignition on and automaticaly the redlight comes on, i try to creat a new calibration and upload it i get an error message, i try to download the calibration and i get a weird ( letters mixed with number) error message but the car still starts to make it even weirder

its a p28 ecu
hondata serial s300-0120

it was on a 94 dc2 b18c1

need help asap

j12 is cut
j11 is correct
r54 is correct
Ic4 is correct

Close the program, reopen it, then go to File, New and create a new calibration from scratch and then upload it and and see what happens.

S300 not comunicate with the ECU

i thought it was the ecu also, so i purchased a brand new p28 (brand new)and i transfered everything over with new resistors,new headers n sockets brand new, and guess wat it does the same thng

the ecu it came out of i socketed it for an all motor gsr and its working fine no problems so its not an ecu problem i found that out yesterday
how do i find out wats wrong with s300

Make sure you include the serial number and your name, address and phone number.
