No Green Light...

I recently ordered a s300 already socketed into a p28 ECU. I hooked it up to my 94 prelude with a H22 Vtec. I have the current version of Smanager (1.4.4.1) and my laptop recognizes the ECU when the car is ON. I can also upload and download with no problem and am currently using the supplied H22 basemap adjusted only for injector size. The problem is that I cannot datalog, all the sensors stay off or read 0 when I turn on datalogging . I also noticed that red led is always on, regardless of whether or not I am attempting to datalog. The green led next to it does not come on and never has but the green led further inside the ECU does stay on. Does this mean anything?

Close the program and reopen the Smanager and then go to File, New and start from a brand new calibration and then upload it to the ECU and see if that resolves the issue.

This was not sold with a Hondata prepared ECU, so it is very likely that it is an ECU socketing problem. I would recommend taking it back to the dealer you purchased it from to have them look at it.

You will have to contact your dealer to find out what they sold you.

My dealer told me that is Hondata prepared ecu, and i pay for it to have mint hondata ecu...because if i want s300 soldered by anyone, myself can do this.

The work in ecu in my opinion its not a good work, im talking about the case cutting, wich is not straight, and the ecu case have few scratches...thats i, i ask for help, just for confirm this is Hondata work or my dealer its lie to me.

If you can help, i appreciate. I think its a simply question

You need to start your own thread and post pictures of the ECU in question.

Ok, so I contacted the dealer I purchased it from and they are being real iffy on whether or not they will even take a look at my ECU since I have had it for about 3 months but was only able to install it about 2 weeks ago. If they are not willing to take it back, what should I look at inorder to fix this my self, I looked at the soldering job and it is not the best I have ever seen but the connections seem good to the naked eye... is there any specific reason I would not be seeing a green light like I should be?

Not once in that datalog do you touch the trottle.
