Is this P28 S300 missing the actual board?

Is this P28 missing the s300 board on the upper right corner?

Because on HONDATA website, it supposes to have the upper right board...

no. Your's is fine. The board in the upper right is for the knock sensor circuitry which a P28 doesn't have. The picture that Hondata is providing is a P72 most likely.
