CEL Codes

I have VSS,VBU,CMP,and primary heated o2 codes.....all came at once, relay wont click and fuel pump wont prime. This all happened at once when my car bottomed out. Could this be a ground issue? How to trouble shoot this? What i did for the meantime, is ground out the relay and everything works, but i do still have the codes, and the rev limit is 3500 like limp mode or what i have my 2step set to....please help

check the #4 fuse under your dash , ACG.
