RPM Idle boucing problem

Post by Alfa »

Hi, i have a civic european model EP3(k20a) from 2005, this car has just CAI Inject and full exhaust system. (and hondata)

Everything was going fine until i had the brilliant idea to reflash it with a new map. After the reflash the car didn't start, so i went back to the internet and found a new one here at this forum.

Now everything works fine expect the idle, at the start the car does high rev's to warm the engine.
Once the engine temperature is stable, the RPM bounces between 1000 and 2000.

Any idea?

Thanks

Try cleaning your idle controller on the throttle body. It probably is just stuck.

Hi, the problem still presists.

I've got this two errors from K-Pro:
CODE - DTC - Description
41 - P0135 - Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary H02S) (Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction
65-2 - P0141 - Secondary O2 Circuit Heater Circuit Malfunction

Thanks

The errors literally tell you want's wrong. Go check the wiring and if it looks good, replace the O2 sensor.
