I'm looking for H22A turbo map, 8psi for now , 510cc injectors.

or recommendation to edit current Maps for H22.

The car will be finished next week to first start with boost and Hondata.

some details
Forged Ross Pistons (low compression)
Stock Rods
Stock sleeves
510cc injectors (from Mitsubishi Evolution)

(question for boost guru's, how much psi I can boost? without blow the engine)

thanks in advanced.

Saludos from Panama City

More info needed. when referring to F/I, you need to think of things in terms of CFM not PSI.
For example, a t25 at 20 psi is no where near a GT42 at 20 psi, don't you agree?

pistons ring lands were the weak point on the stock pistons. stock was good for like 300hp for a while. crank up the boost and let 'er rip. Id say 400hp with ur setup, on premium. need a wide band, dyno tune blah blah blah.......

H22A JDM Engine
510cc Injectors
68mm Throttle Body, stock intake manifold with second butterflies
Skunk2 Cam gears
OEM JDM SIR camshats
PLX o2 WideBand sensor (connected to Hondata)
Fuel Regulator at 45psi
255lph Walbro Fuel Pump
2.5" exahust catback with Mugen Tween loop muffler (enough diameter for turbo application?)

Hybrid T3/T4 Turbocharger
.50 A/R compressor housing
.63 A/R Turbine housing
35mm Tial wastegate
SSQV Hks Blow Off

Hondata s300 Moduled P28
IAT relocation
MAP sensor spacer to fix read of boost over 12psi ( really I don't know if it works, y gonna test it)

The Ross pistons come with forged rings, stock things are Rods and Sleeves, 400hp sound great...above I list the mods.

thanks guy

Already start the car yesterday, is very rich know, I'm running hondata with tuned based map for N/A. What I need to know now about Hondata setting for turbo system?

I mean for example, upload another calibration or just change base map for turbo only, I don't know tthe timing for this setting, N/A was 16 degree.

Waiting for u comments.

those 510 injectors will b ur weak point. i have the same setup as u with 550's and i had to stop at 11psi due to the injectors being at 95% duty cycle. i dynoed 326whp@11psi on same turbo

Very cool numbers!

Please can u post ur calibration!

after turbo install I'm having some problem with engine temp, I think is something related to calibration setting.

Attached u will find my current calibration and datalog for ur comments.

heres my calibration...it still has some ignition tuning to go but this will def get u up n running with a little tweaking due to the injector size differences

just checked out ur map...u have heavy crossing of line on both fuel and ignition. also the ignition is very unsteady...i def think once u change my maps to 510cc u should b set. then some fine tuning adjustments need to made...but i think u will def find a huuuuge diff running my map

I 'll test the map tomorrow morning, just some questions, what about fuel presure and set timing??

Thanks!

ok soon as i can get out there i will do it. as of now im having a problem with boost creep so the boost cut usually hits at the top of third. i will try to get ya a full pull in 3rd.
