no cam angle comand from ecu??????

Hi. I realy hope somebody can help me with this.
I have problem with cam angle. How cam angle can be -20? I can put any amount in table and nothing changes!! Even in datalog camcmd is 0.
How is that possible? Engine was just fully rebuilt. Otherwise engine runs very smooth.

this morning i changed calibration and it looks like cam is moving :D
