Idle tables temp value issue

Been seeing this for a while & was wondering whether its just happening to me(strange that it happens on both my PC's),but nobody else seems to have noticed it & continues to use the base cals seemingly quite unaffected.
It seems all the base cals(or most ive seen) have the Staionary idle speed versus coolant temp values all screwed up. U can change them & save them ok(or i should say,i havent tried this but my cal is set correctly & holds its values at least),but it seems to have not come to anybody elses attention.
I know ive had this happen afew years ago when an Smanager update screwed my idle tables this way, when i was trying to change units to degC & my idle went to crap,so i was wondering if its just the same sort of "units" issue or its happening to everybody?
Does this table even do anything anymore?
Seems nobody is reporting low cold start idles, was even reading another thread where their cold idle seemed to still be high, but the table in their cal appears as i show below.....
Heres a shot of what i mean, notice the temp values, this is what i see when i open most of the base cals....
