What exact will I lose?

I'm planning to get flashpro and I knew that the oil monitor will not work after reflash. Will the A1 and B1 code still work? or Tire Pressure? If not, what if I roll back to stock, will it start counting from the beginning? or it will base off how many miles I have to throw the A1 B1 code?

The maintenance codes (A1, B1) will still work as they are run from the odometer. The TPMS is independent of the ECU and will work normally.
