HELP!Hondata s200 to a p75 ecu? What goes where?

Post by Roy »

Okay I need help installing this s200 system. I understand where to soder the 28 pin, 74hc373, and the cn2 1-4. Now what do I do with the 2 medal stick wires and the 2 blue things? And where does the eprom thats on the far right go?
What else has to be done in order for this to work?

I downloaded the manual but the instructions just aren't to clear for me to understand.

I'm sorry for the noob question but I would really appreciate if someone could help me ASAP.

Thanks,
Roy

what ecu are you trying to chip? Looks like a p28. If so

The 2 "metal sticks" are resistors, the one with one black strip is soldered in location J1. The other resistor is a 1.1K ohm resistor and that gets soldered in location R54. The 2 blue and clear things are wire taps that are used when you want to use your check engine light as a shift light. I think you are referring to the 28 pin socket on the right in the picture. That is what you solder on the board, not the EPROM itself. Hope I cleared things up.
