Short term fuel trim in maf problems

I have a bone stock civic and when using the maf cal when I let up to shift the short term trim jumps to high neg numbers and when I get back on throttle it sometimes takes a few milliseconds to get back to normal. This causes a real bog after shifting and possibly a dangerous lean condition. I tested the map cal and it immidiatly gives fuel when I open throttle after shifting. What can I do about speeding up the short term trim? I would use map but I feel nervous about tuning all my air/fuel. I tried to upload a sample datalog but once agian I am having problems with that.
I have had this "hessitation or bog" problem after shifting since day 1 and it may have nothing to do with trims but I just noticed the possibility of a correlation between the two today.

thanks for your help. As much as I enjoy your product your attitude could use some work.

you can try to change the injectors opening times to the FD2 ones and see if it helps.

Without a datalog it is not possible to diagnose most problems.

When I post in the forums, I'm looking for other users to help me out for the most part. If we can't figure it out, we patiently wait for Hondata to post their response. But I'm pretty sure you can email them (they respond in 48 hours or less as long as you include all the required data), or you can call them.
I'm sorry, I just see this a lot on these forums...

I noticed today that I had set wot values too high and the car was never going into open loop. Seems like anyone who knows the way our ecu and flashpro work together should have easily figured out why my car was doing what it was.
