Cam Swap car won't start

I swapped in a2 cams from a type s with a3 exhaust rockers(Vtec killers) into a a3 head now I can't get the car to start. I tried -20% in cranking fuel trim and it makes a hint that it will fire but then never again till I pull the plugs and let everything dry out.

Do I change ignition values too, change fuel maps? I'm using a stock a2 map as a base map as well.

Or does anyone have a calibration I can use to get it to start?

Are there any sensors I can look at to see what I could change to crank over.

More than likely it is your timing is off. If the crank sensors and cam sensors are out of time the car will never start.

I got it figured out that day had to play with the ignition and cranking trim.

What is your idle set to, and how many inches of vacuum are you pulling?

I would have to look but to have a smooth idle I have it at 1000 and the vacuum is less since it is a vtec killer setup.
