knock?

so i have a 95 civic si with a d16 z6 motor. i have intkae header and exhaust. i just got a s300 for it that was already in another ecu. when i changed the computers everything started up fine but the check engine light is on. on the hondata program it says theres a knock or knock sensor is no good? but with my stock ecu it didnt throw any cels. is there anything that could be causing this i didnt mess with anything on the program other than the 2step any help would be greatly apprieciated

Does the ECU you are using have knock control?

its the p28 ecu and that chart says no? so is that my problem there?
how would a make the engine light go away?

In Misc Parameters, disable the knock sensor.
