D16Y8 Basemap

Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a basemap for the following setup;
D16Y8 @ 10 PSI default timing of 12.
Stock Internals
RC 310 CC Injectors
I have tried to build a basemap off the P28 Z6 but there are so many differences that I am changing almost everything to get his car even close to 14.7 (idles currently at 15.1 boosts at 12.8)
Currently just dropping the IGN timing about 8 steps to get it in the 12 degree range and modify fuel but it still run 15.1 or leaner.
If someone has a NA basemap that would be great. Even something that gets me closer to a base then z6 would be a huge help. I could be tuning this thing for days to even get it close.
Thank you for any information you can provide even if it "go here and read". Yes I have also checked the built in calibrations and again, P28 Z6 is the closest thing there is.
