Need help with getting a car to idle right.....

I have a friend of mine that has a B16 stroked out to a 1.9 running a GT3076R(I don't know what trim).He's running 1000 cc high impedence injectors and is having trouble getting his car to idle correctly.He just upgraded his turbo from a Turbonetics T3/T4 (50 Trim).At first he could'nt get his car to even start because it was running to lean and know it is running fairly rich(we can smell it pretty easily from his open exhaust).The car idles at 3600+ rpm's.What would be a better calibration to run as a basemap so he can the car to a tuner or what adjustments should we make?

He should try contacting the tuner so they can provide him with a base map to get it to the dyno, or he might need to consider towing it to the dyno if he is afraid of engine damage on a basemap
