I have an 08 s2000 CR with the complete Vortech SC kit that comes with the Hondata reflash.

What reflash is this and what exactly changed with the rev limit and the vtec engagement?

It is a specific Vortech reflash and has a 4000 VTEC point and 8300 REV Limit.
