Every Engine is completely different even in stock form they are like finger prints you can build the same motor 2 times with all the same parts and you will have to tune each one individually.
Small items such as elevation effect the effective compression ratio. A difference in 5000 ft of elevation can effect the effective compression ratio by an entire point. So if your in Florida and you use someones calibration from say Denver you could in theory damage your engine as the effective CR of a B16 at 5000 ft is 9.26:1 and at sea level is 10.26:1. Boosted applications are even a larger discrepancy.
I could go on forever but here is what you should perform.
I recommend opening the SManager clicking the "New Calibration" button and loading the stock JDM B18C map then check your fuel trim if you have changed injectors or pur a fuel pressure regulator on. Go through the setup of TPS calibration, Start the engine, perform idle calibration, and recommend getting to a dyno or read the help file and use a wideband O2 to start adjusting fuel tables.
If you do find a Calibration file be forewarned use it at your own risk as the forums state.
