Help! spark being pulled when trying to tune 20 vtc

maps are "spark" conservative

can anyone tell me why spark is pulled to 18* ? I was trying to tune fuel on on full 20 vtc

run is in the 21 seconds

also see the vtc & spark jitterness (after run)? I just cleaned the vtc solenoid & filter screen. I have a new cam sensor but which should I try intake or exhaust

k24a2 with version 1.3.8.0 on what I believe is a k-pro k20a3 ecu

thanks just reading up - & saw doug or derek posted not to have any negative values - I don't think mine are

what values should I try to change them too?

I will try a couple different intakes but the EP3 chassis sucks... no place to run a CAI unless I get real creative
