07 Honda civic Si
CT-E Supercharger kit, 3.6 inch pulley, modified stock injectors, Vibrant Header w/ High-flow Cat, CT-E intake (approx 20k miles on SC)
Flashpro Serial Number: FP-SI-US-10164
History: Originally ran the stage 1 flash, when I read that the injectors were running at 100% duty cycles in high temperature climates, and the stage 1 tune provided with FP beta version 9, I did some data logging to confirm. Sure enough injectors were at 100% duty cycle. I then decided to upload the CT Stage I tune to my ECU and noticed a number of different problems. 1, I was using a dashhawk to monitor my Car. My Dashhawk can no longer pick up boost in PSI, and in KPa it measures everything in (-) pressure terms, I also noticed that when in boost I started to run lean (13:1 and higher).
Next, I decided due to the lean condition I am having I would get some modified injectors and upgrade to the stage 2 tune. The same issues as stated above also appear, Dashawk no longer reads MAP sensor correctly, etc. However, the Lean condition at this point increased substantially (see attached Data log). I proceeded to attempt to add fuel to the particular areas involved with no luck in improving this performance.
Problem: I am not sure. Is it my injectors, fuel pump, tune? A little advice or help would be appreciated. Attached is the data log from a freeway acceleration I was running. If it's my fuel pump, why would I begin to richen back up as the RPM's climb. It should also be noted that the lean condition is very prominent in the 3,000 to 4,500 rpm range.
Things I know: I need a wideband guage (sold it when I realized my dashawk read AFR), Boost Guage is now apparently necessary, and I can't drive the car anymore. Looking at the plugs, they do not look fouled, so not sure.
