Reason i ask is,that i get an error code:
Code DTC Description
41-1 P1166 Heated Oxygen Sensor1 (Primary HO2S) Heater Circuit Malfunction
I have the DC5-R wideband sensor and everything was fine till last friday. Now i get this code...
Wanted to put another sensor (ep3 euro) into it but its a narrowband.ok.
What do you think the problem could be?

What ECU are you using, and what calibration are you using?

JDM DC5 Type-R ECU
Your JDM ITR Map as basecalibration tuning by my self.
NO problems till last friday.Nothing done to the cal.Only thing i did was updating to the newest kpro software, little higher idle valve duty cycle and little higher rev limit.
thats it.

You cannot use the narrowband sensor. You can only replace it with an OEM wideband sensor. The sensors can be damaged by vibration which is common if you have replaced the header and exhaust.

I know i have to get a wideband but thats not easy in germany :) have to order it from honda.

Thanks for your help
PS: do you have experiences if a engine damper would help instead of harder mounts?

Engine damper will do nothing Im afraid ... You have to get the ES inserts ...
