Honda Calibration Files

Hi there

I would like to ask, is there any difference in original Honda calibration files between a manual transmission and automatic transmission vehicle for the PGM-FI?

From my observation, the automatic transmission Honda cars have 2 EEPOM in the ECU, one is for PGMFI and another is for A/T Transmission or known as TCM.

So for the same engine with 2 different transmission, will the PGM-FI be the same for both the auto and manual transmission?
