My calibration is tuned fairly well and rarely knocks. Now that the weather is getting colder (IAT = ~50) I see more knocks. Temperature compensation for ignition only deals with higher temps.

What can be done? Remove a couple degrees in all maps?

Yes, that would be the best thing to do, or at least for the areas of the map that are getting knock.
