is it steeper motor or solenoid?
where do i get the 12v?from the ecu or batt?
if from the bat what fuse do i use?

its vac actuated, solenoid controlled

ecu grounds the solenoid on obd1,powers it on obd2

just tap a 12V feed off your injectors feed,as it is done oem.
make sure it is pre resistor block if u r using one,or just go straight for the junction connector joining all the yellow/black wires at the shock tower plugs & tap off there.

or even easier still,i just recalled, idle valve uses the same supply & is conveniently right where u need it,tap into that.
no fuse reqd as circuit is already fused, just make sure u use same or higher rated wire for piece of mind.

so if i connected to the injector feeders i have to use resistor block? what if i dont have one?

no
im sayin if u have a resistor block to not connect between it & the injectors, but since u dont have one then u dont have this problem.

just tap off the idle valve supply (yellow/black wire) for 12V,will make it simpler & neater.

ok thanks for all the help...
anyway im not using it for butterfly, i used it for boost control and it works ....i know sound crazy but it works....

yes,i have to agree, that does sound crazy
especially considering u have an S300 installed & the addition of a not so expensive solenoid valve & possibly a few dollars worth of components to the ecu will give u pretty much all the boost control u will need.
