EP3 ecu with RSX calibaration

Is it possible to upload an RSX calibration to an EP3 ecu? Will functions like VSS work even if the EP3 didn't come with a countershaft driven speed sensor?

IT will work, but it will not have reverse lock out or IAB control.

reverse lock, could be set via nitrous output, and unpin/repin the solenoid wire
