Is there an AP2 calibration for non-DBW? (2004-2005)

There is no calibration for an '04-05 in the K-manager. Can you send me one please?

Or are you able to use the '06-09 calibration even though it uses the dual ECU? Sorry if this has already been covered somewhere, but I was unable to find anything.

Just use the AP1 calibration and adjust the fuel trim as needed. This will still give you a good starting point.

You cannot use the DUal adapter calibration as it is the wrong type.

So I would be better off starting with the fuel and timing settings from the AP1 calibration (change the rev limit and vtec crossover) rather than copying the fuel and timing from the DBW AP2 map and pasteing them into the AP1 map?

Yes start with the AP1 calibration and modify it as needed.
