I am using the sparkks conversion harness, and the instructions tell me i should have 1 white, 2 blacks, and 1 light green wire on my primary o2.

Instead of the light green i have a blue wire, i have tried wiring it as per the instructions with the blue wire where it says i should have light green but when i start the car my a/f reading is stuck on 10.7 (or something like that, whatever it is it doesnt move at all) I'm not sure if its because its wired wrong, i think it probably is.

any ideas, is there any way i can identify the wires with a multimeter?

any other ideas? prc k pro, ukdm ep3 k20a2, not sure what the sensor is off but came with my swap and i was assured its the right one, the plug is cut off the sensor already.

It may be the wrong sensor. Have you contacted Sparks about this?

All of the o2 sensors I have seen from Honda that have the lightblue wire instead of a green wire are the later LAF sensor, it will not work correctly.

i have read somewhere that the light green wire in some cases is blue and to try swapping the blacks over, tried it but no change.

a/f reads 14.7 or maybe 14.5 when engine is of and goes to 10.7 when running.....i never get a code for the primary o2 no matter which way round the blacks are.

time to try another sensor i think....shame they're so expensive :(

i dont really see what sparkks could say about the situation as the harness has the wiring colours it states in the instructions. it's just the sensor itself. at this moment i dont think its an issue with the harness or anything sparkks can help me with.

it does work, but the blue goes where the white normally does and the white goes where the green normally does

took a while but got there in the end :D

It may give a reading, but the readings may be incorrect. It sounds like you have the wrong sensor.

reads the same as my friends portable unit, manages to maintain a/f in closed loop......i'm pretty sure its the right sensor......in my search to find the problem i have come across plenty of people that have an oem wideband with a blue wire.
