How to set the initial timing on a B18c with a timing light?

Post by n2boost »

I need to learn how to set the initial timing on my gsr. I'm new to the honda tuning thing. I know how to do every thing on my Chevy Camaro but no on my new toy the Integra. Unlike the chevy that has one crank mark and an indicator with numbers from 0 to 30 deg + and - the honda only has a pointer and 3 marks on the crank. How do you set the initial timing? Do I have to disconnect anything? On my Camaro I have to disconnect a brown wire in the engine compartmend by the A/C condensor. Can anybody help? I also read here that with the S300 I have to match the set timing with the ecu. Can some one help me with all the instructions for some one that never done it before?
Thank you. :(
