updating the ecm

Yes I have not been able to do anything with my car for the last 2 years. So what this means my ecu is out of date with the kmanger and i can not install the basic tune for my car seeing the battery died and i need some mad help on how to update my ecm. SO if anyone can please help me it would be very appericated and thank you.
Oh by the way i have a 04 Civic Si with the Kpro installed on the ecm.
