Which calibration should be used with an AEM CAI or K&N, along with a cat-back exhaust system? I'm new so a little help would be appreciated.

Use the filter from 'new calibration'. You should end up with Civic-Si-RRB-5-AEMV2CAI.fpcal or Civic-Si-Race-6-AEMV2CAI-RH.fpcal
