Ed,
I hate to be THAT GUY, but I did the math and the injectors that I have are not going to be able to safely push the 600whp goal I am shooting for on e85.
In order to hit my 600 goal I ordered some 1600cc injectors from the same company I got 1000's that are currently in the car. They arrive tomorrow when I get home to test out the car.
Would you rather I change them out, modify the tune for the bigger injectors, and then create a data log from a run with those or would you rather have me just run the car with the config you sent me this week and to change out the injectors later?
I would like to be less annoying for you haha
Thanks,
-Saxon
I rather start from a base file with the new injectors. Having two people modify the file can lead to issues and a mix up of files. Let me create a base file with the new injectors and map sensor. When do the new injectors come in?

They will be here tomorrow. I'll have them in by tomorrow afternoon.

Make sure to ask for the injector data for the new injectors.

Here is a new base map with the new injectors and Map sensor. Create a datalog at idle and normal driving.

So I tried the "saxon_schmauderer_BaseV3.kal" you gave me and it would start and then immediately die. If I gave it throttle I as almost able to keep it from totally dying, but as soon as I let off the gas it would stall. I understand you want to start from the base, but I feel like we have made strides forward and using that tune is for sure like 4 steps back.
That being said I took exactly what you had sent me last week "modified_saxon_schmauderer_BaseV2.kal" and then just changed the injector details to be what you put into the new v3 tune (The 1600 and their configs). It ran greattt (compared) and it idled lower etc. It ran basically just like what we had before but with the new 1600 injectors, but for sure it needs some more fuel (it hung out in the 17's for the AFRs). I didn't drive it. Just did an idle run basically.
Here is the tune you gave me with the injector change I made:

Here is the data log from the run:

I agree. I will review the files and post the new file. Hopefully there are no more surprises and we can move forward smoothly.

I applied some fuel changes. Try to see if you can get it to operating temp this time. I also noticed that your check engine light is on but I don's see any codes. Are you able to read them on your end?

Ed,
It took a hot minute to get up to temp and I was worried it would stall and lose the datalog so i broke it up into a couple files. It would idle well, and then it would surge 300-500rpms for a period of time and then go back to idling better. Weird. As for the check engine light that was related to the AEM wideband I put in. I think it had an issue with the way I had it connected before but now it seems fine.

Create a similar datalog and try to drive the car part throttle if possible. Also, the check engine light is still on.

Here is some data from a little run. It was having issues idling. A lot of surging. also the idle was lean (18ish).

Create a similar log. I am surprised it needs so much fuel down low. I add 20% to see if I can get it in line.

Here is the log with the most recent changes. Runs looked better but idle still seemed lean.

Added more fuel. To confirm, the wideband reading matches hondata correct? Create a similar datalog.

Decided to replace and re-calibrate the o2 sensor since we were getting an error. I ran the car with the latest tune, but i changed the o2 type to 3010 (I have the change attached). The gauge matched what I saw in the kpro. Looks better but having some stuttering certain rpm ranges. Definitely rich when getting on it, and as soon as I let off from doing a little pull it usually leans out to about 18.
Tune with the changed o2 sensor:
