The frequency depends on what method you are using to datalog.

Add capacitance between the signal and ground to smooth out the signal.

What's the frequency for internal datalogging (where this datalog is from) ?

I'll look into the capacitance but I'm not sure where to start. How much is good place to start?

The internal datalogging can be adjusted from 5 - 50Hz.

The capacitance depends on the internal resistance of the pressure sensor sensor output, the maximum current and the input resistance of the KPro. I would start with 0.1uF, the go up or down by one order of magnitude each way (eg if 0.1uF is too little, try 1.0uF). Try to use a ceramic, polystyrene or polypropylene cap - electrolytic do not work as well.
