no spunkster I havent yet, I was worried about taking it to a tuner and finding out that something is wrong after I spent all the money to have it tuned

FINALLY got it figured out!!!!

on a hunch I loaded up the stock 02-04 rsx map from kpro (the one with the 550cc injector setting)

she runs perfect now, idle stays around 14.3-14.6 afr, doesnt die when it comes to a stop. now all I gotta do is tune WOT. tried to punch it alittle and saw my engine light flash, so I got some knocks.

but im soooooooooo glad to know my ecu isnt fried.

I know this is a bit of a thread resurrection, but this was close to the question I had.

If I were to get a KPro for my 03 RSX Type-S (PRB) would I always have to disable code P0134, or would I always have to disable OBDII and run open loop mode, or would I have to modify the wiring on my primary O2 sensor harness? Maybe I'm just confusing some of the stuff I'm seeing between US and UK versions of the car, but I'm not sure how I should handle the stock O2 sensor on my 03 US Type-S.

Ignore anything you have read about the UK. If your car is a US model with a US ecu everything is compatible and you should have no issues.
