At the end of the log when I was in neutral the RPMs went down to about 300 or so like it wants to stall out. Only happens at around 20kmh.

That is strange. I am not sure why it did that. I adjusted the fuel a bit more. Create a similar log.

Hey sorry for the delay Ed, I got a bad snowfall so I won’t be able to create another log until the roads clear up a bit as my car only has summers.
