Still waiting on parts. Order got screwed up. I have the intake but not the gaskets and throttlebody. I am supposed to get them tomorrow, so the bumper is off and I can get the battery relocated, but not much more.

Bummer, okay, just keep me in the loop. We'll get on it as you as you have everything on.

Are you going to port match the opening of the intake manifold to the size of the HR adapter? Or does the adapter taper to OEM size at the intake manifold side?

From what I see, the adapter is bigger than the inlet. You really want to port the opening of the manifold to meet the size of the adapter if possible. Then you would get the full benefit of the adapter and TB

Looking at step 14 on the install, you can see the size difference. https://guides.hybrid-racing.com/Guide/ ... i)/23#s312

Yeah, I am planning on port matching them, that's the problem. As my daily, only have the weekends, sucks. I have to take the whole intake off since I have the intake to motor thermal gasket also.

It’ll be worth it though. It does suck having to take it all apart.

Tuning by Nick in Canada made a pretty cool video series on all the popular throttle bodies including yours. If you haven’t seen it, might be worth checking out if you’re curious about what to expect.

Do anyone have the necessary data to make RDX's injectors function properly?

Yes. Is the car already tuned and you want to swap to RDX's, or you're swapping to RDX's before you get tuned?

Would you willing to email me your calibration file and a datalog to see where you're at right now? Just throwing the RDX values won't make it perfect, you might still need to make some adjustments.

Are you doing the tuning yourself?

Finally got a chance. Intake gaskets to head was perfect, but the runners need up to a 16th removed.

Don't cloud up other people's threads man, you're answering your own quote, the OP has no interest in RDX values. I explained to you there are no less than 6 areas of your tune with serious issues beyond RDX injector values to get your tune right from your other tuner. I am here to help people who want help and need the help, but when you have a tune with important safety things turned off, bypassed, or otherwise reduced beyond reasonable standards it makes it difficult to plug in RDX injector values and send you send you on your way. All of that was explained in that email, to which your response was simply to answer where you live and what octane fuel you have.

Sorry MM082001, I didn't mean to screw up your thread. Port work looks killer. Did you already port the throttle body side too?
