The fix if youre having that is as long as youre having a good known ground AND wiring a switch in the flex fuel signal wire to have it turned off when you turn on the car. Then when the car is turned on, you flip the switch to activate the flex fuel sensor readings and it works 100% of the time. Without the switch in my signal wire, sometimes the kpro would act weird and make my car run like poopoo and lean out. A way you can tell if my fix works for you is to simply see if without the flex fuel sensor plugged in it works all the time. If sometimes itll act funky then you need that switch. Hope it helps you!

Found it. This seems to be my issue as well. My sensor is wired per Hondata instructions. Thanks for the switch idea. Anyone ever figure out what is causing this issue? Would be possible to delay the E85 signal input wire until after the daughterboard makes the connection?
On start...

function e85_check(){

if((e85SensorEnabled===true) && (daughterBoardConnected===false)){
disableE85SensorInput;
}elseif(daughterBoardConnected===true){
enableE85SensorInput;
}
};
or something similar.

The switch would work for me if there is no other alternative, I dont drive the car except for track days or once in a while on the road. I am old and its to loud without a helmet on :P

If you want to go through the RMA process we believe we can fix this problem.

Nice to know, I guess it's a hardware issue then.
Unfortunately, it's impossible for me to ship the ecu now.

You could try a digital delay relay with the timer set as low as possible. They are $5-$10.
