any other thoughts on what might be the issue?
what inputs does hondata need before you can test the PWM?? Like VSS signal maybe?? Or should it be able to test regardless of other inputs?? I am suspect the components are fine as the rear of the pcb (including these components) was covered in a sealent of some sort or potting material... it was professionally done.

No other inputs are needed when using the test function, just have your calibration loaded.

Try a different ECU, replace the components, test in a known working ECU in this vehicle.

I did replace the components and i don't have access to another ECU.. with hondata atleast

I have never known. There are no markings on the computer to identify it. The best i can provide is the pic on the 1st page.
