i haven't tried yet. i do hesitate. this version is still at the beta level.
there are positive messages at the 1.1.9.2 thread, however i guess they are USDM Civics, at least there is no explicit message like i tried 1.1.9.2 on my EDM S and everything is OK...
anybody has any info whether Hondata has tested 1.1.9.2b on an EDM S or not?

i think their new release is always "beta".
only when new version is out the old suddenly loose "beta" title...

you are definitely right.
i wonder about the others' (AEM, Haltech, etc.) software development strategy.

So we need a thumbs up/thumbs down next to the download link?
At the end of the testing process a 'beta' release is essentially just re-named as the 'release' version. The rational behind this is that software development is (almost) continuous. If a beta version is made, then by the time it has been tested the root source has changed. Then to make a non beta release the source needs to be rolled back to the beta release point and re-compiled. We've found that it is both less work and less likely to cause any problems if the known good beta is released as the production version.

thanks for the precise answer, Hondata.
back to basics: will 1.1.9.2b throw a CEL or do something negative with the EDM S? have you tried it on an EDM S yet?

used FPM 1.9.3 and all is good.
CEL is cleared (thx god - after 4 months) and air pump is back to normal working condition at cold start.
