It sounds good so far, A little more welding and it's done. I can't wait to hear it hit VTEC. Only used 2 30* , 1 45*, and 3 feet of straight.

Yeah it looks good. There are a ton of catch can and oil separator kits out there, you would just have to find one you like and fits your style.
Wow, that pull went lean. AF hit 16.95 at redline. Feels great at the low end, too.

Here's my 3rd gear pull. I think I have it flowing better. air/fuel is going up faster than RPM.

The datalog you posted is only 12 seconds long and doesn't have any usable data. You would need to post a datalog where I can see that third gear pull. It would be near impossible to make that much of a change to make it go to 20:1 AFR, there might be a mechanical issue going.

Look up 3 posts. I through up that one before I had the full exhaust built and it was still on jacks.

You didn't touch or modify the primary o2 sensor or it's location?

location, no. pipe diameter in and out yes.

And it's a new Bosch O2 sensor. Do we need to start over? I know I smoothed out the exhaust ports a lot, mostly on the high cam valve side.

Yeah it seems like something more mechanical honestly. It's showing 25% lean at redline, that would be a lot of efficiency opened up and your fuel demand is well above a full bolt on car by quite a bit now. I went ahead and made the changes to the fueling based on your interests and what the data shows. You are already at 87% injector duty, with the fuel I added it will most likely max the injectors. I'm not sure what else to do honestly, it almost has to be something mechanically causing the lean reading. With the stock header and cat, there really is no way it would need this much fuel, but we can see.

Just looked at it and I see I need to go easy on it until we figure this out. Can we use the secondary O2 to verify reading?? Could I be running out of fuel at the pump?

The secondary o2 sensor doesn't read AFR, so we can't use that. Plus it's after the OEM cat, so the reading would be skewed slightly.
You wouldn't be out of fuel at the pump, you could have a bad fuel pump, but not likely. You're certainly not out of pump with the mods you have.
When was the o2 sensor replaced? Do you have the old sensor, seems like a bed sensor is possible at this point. I've never seen one fail like this, so I can't say for certain. Either way, for now, I would go back to Rev.17 until you're able to troubleshoot some things.

It's a brand new Bosch. Would Live tuning help finding the problem? You're not that far from me? If I got it at Orielly's, I should be able to get it replace. I might be able to try the old stock one but I might have messed up the treads.

Could we put it on a locked cam that shouldn't get anywhere near max duty and run it out?? I will see if I can get the old O2 sensor out of the bung of the old tube.

I just ran the 0* cam and I think everything looked great. Didn't run it all the way out, but AF looks good.
